Asia and the Pacific Policy Society Conference 2014 program Time: 11-12 March 2014 Venue: Host: Partner: Molonglo Theatre, JG Crawford Building 132, ANU Crawford School of Public Policy, ANU College of Asia and the Pacific Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) This year s conference focuses on the G20 agenda to support the Australian government and its hosting of the G20 leaders meeting later in 2014. The Asia and the Pacific Policy Society Conference (APPS) 2014 brings together some of the world s leading scholars and practitioners from a diverse range of research fields for two days of dialogue to propose solutions to some of the region s and the world s most pressing policy challenges. Over 20 internationally renowned scholars and practitioners will share research and insights in a program of public roundtables on critical issues including development policy; tax and transfer policy; social policy; energy security; climate change; and food policy.
