Court Order 08-0152 16.B) Approval of a resolution requesting the Texas Department of Transportation and the North Texas Tollway Authority to waive the requirement to develop a market valuation as allowed by SB 792 under the Terms and Conditions that the corridor be developed utilizing the Regional Transportation Council's Managed Lanes Policy, and further requesting the North Texas Tollway authority to waive their right to develop the project and to strongly support TxDOT's development of the IH 35E Managed Lanes Project from IH 635 to US 380 and to acknowledge that NTTA's primary role will be to provide the associated toll operations at a reasonable cost, and any appropriate action.
