In this session, one selected representative will present to the group, the synthesized issues and recommendations arising from the group discussions in Session 4. 11.00am-11.30am SESSION 6: MODERATED PLENARY DISCUSSION ON CHALLENGES AND ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MILLENIUM DEVELOPMENT GOALS FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS (from the CSW 58 Agreed conclusion) CHAIR: TANZANIA MODERATOR: NAMIBIA 11.30am-12.30pm In this session, participants will review progress on the implementation of the recommendations from Agreed Conclusions of CSW58 which is the review theme for CSW61 on the transition from MDGs to SDGs and how lessons learnt are informing planning for implementation of SDGs at country level. Select Member States will be identified to share their experiences in placing GEWE at the centre of SDGs planning and budgeting at country levels. (Note: the session will be introduced by a short presentation by UN Women on the format of the review theme at CSW61) Proposed Member States to make Voluntary Presentations: South Sudan, Morocco, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Zambia, Rwanda.
