And the Board further finding that in order to effec tuate the purposes of said agreements, and to achieve the conservation objectives to be obtained under the unit basis of operation, and to enable the unit operator to undertake and effectuate such pressure maintenances and waterflooding of the Minter Sand Pool of the Wilcox Formation underlying the unitized area as may be necessary and proper to prevent avoidable waste and enhance ultimate recovery from the unit area, it is necessary and proper that special field rules be adopted; NOW, THEREFORE, it is accordingly ordered and adjudged by said Board that the following Special Rules be, and the same are hereby, adopted for the Glasscock Field, Adams County, Mississippi: "SPECIAL FIELD RULES Special Field Rules for the Glasscock Field, Adams County, Mississippi The Glasscock Field as used herein is that area located in Sections 1 and 2, Township 4 North, Range 4 West, Adams County, Mississippi, including all extensions thereof underlain by the Minter Sand Pool of the Wilcox Formation as hereinafter described. The Minter Sand Pool, as used herein, shall be construed to mean those strata of the Wilcox Formation productive of oil which are equivalent to the interval between the depths of 6902 feet and 6918 feet in the Serio-Punches Breaux Well No. 3.

' D-4, located in Section 2, Township 4 North, Range 4 West, Adams County, Mississippi, as indicated on the electric log of said well. Rule 1 - Spacing of Oil Wells. A field-wide drilling unit is hereby established for each and all oil wells drilled and completed as consisting the Unit Area affected by the Unit Agreement, Glasscock Field, Adams County, Mississippi, underlain by the Minter Sand of the Wilcox Formation. Rule 2 - Allocation of Production - Oil Wells,. A - The allowable production from the field-wide unit W is established and set at 600 barrels per day, and may be produced by any well or wells on said unit; provided, however,. that no well shall be permitted to operate in such manner as to cause waste as defined by the laws of the State of Mississippi, or otherwise be detrimental to the pool, and the production from any such well shall be subject to such adjustments by the Board as it may deem necessary. Rule 3 - Pressure Maintenance and Waterflood A - Pressure maintenance and waterflooding is authorized. The operator of the Waterflood Program in the Waterflood Area v / of the Minter Sand Pool of the Wilcox Formation of the Glasscock. Field, Adams County, Mississippi, known as the Glasscock Breaux D Unit, is hereby authorized to conduct pressure maintenance operations in the Waterflood Area of the Minter Sand producing pool of the Glasscock Field, Adams County, Mississippi, by completing an injection well located at a location which, is 330' from the West line and 330' from the South, line of NW/4 of NW/4, Section 1, T-4-N, R-4-W, and by equipping said well for salt water injection and to commence operations thereafter by the injection of water or salt water into said well and into the Minter Sand Pool within the Waterflood Area known as ^ the Glasscock Breaux D Unit. 4.

Where metering devises are used, as herein provided, the production may be comingled in a common storage system. And if, upon a sale therefrom, a variance exists between the measurement from the common storage system and the total measurement of the production of all the leases commingled in.such common storage system, then such variance shall be allocated back to each of the leases producing into common storage system proportionately to the production measured from each lease. Rule 5 - Equipment for Tests A - Each producing well shall be so equipped that gas/oil ratio tests and bottom hole or other pressure tests may be made. B - The operator of said unit shall maintain proper separators and stock tanks or metering devices and such con nections thereto as will permit the adequate testing of each individual well under usual operating conditions without the necessity of closing in any other well.
