The Danish Government makes the entry into force of the Convention, as regards Denmark, subject to its being also Germany, Belgium, France, Great Britain, Italy and The Netherlands. 5 This Convention shall be put into force in Finland as from January Ist, 1933. 6 This ratification includes Chosen, Taiwan, Karafuto, the Leased Territory of Kwantung and the South Sea Islands under Japanese mandate. 7 This ratification does not apply to the Portuguese Colonies. s The ratification of the new revising Convention of 1932 shall ipso jure involve denunciation of the present Convention without any requirement of delay, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 21 of the present Convention, if and when the new revising Convention shall have come into force. As from the date of the coming into force of the new revising Convention of 1932, the present Convention shall cease to be open to ratification by the Members. Nevertheless this Convention shall remain in force in its actual form and content for those Members which have ratified it but have not ratified the revising Convention. (Article 23.)
