As of January 31, 2013 before the APP moratorium, the community plantation realisation had reached circa 900 hectares. In July 2013, SGP held a meeting with Khalifah Hasan Basri to explain the impacts of the FCP and discuss options for the remaining allocation, which included a natural forest area of approximately 700 hectares (subject to the moratorium). DECEMBER 2013: PT SGP with SMF, TFT and Greenpeace offered an alternative location for the remaining circa 700 hectares, which was refused on the basis that Khalifah considered the preferred area to be customary land. DECEMBER 2014: PT SGP has prepared to present its plan for conflict resolution to the small team, with support from TFT. JANUARY 2015: Through several informal meetings, Khalifah has verbally agreed to not clear the 700 ha of claimed land in the moratorium area. This circumstances shall be put in written in an addendum of MoU. FEBRUARY 2015: The draft of addendum MoU has been prepared to be discussed between both parties. APRIL - JUNE 2015: The addendum has been delivered to Khalifah and still not meet the agreed conclusions. The team will visit Khalifah to discuss again after Eid holiday. OCTOBER - NOVEMBER 2015: PT.
