R. 62 OF 2016 PROCLAMATION by the President of the Republic of South Africa COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 1 OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AMENDMENT ACT, 2008 (ACT NO.65 OF 2008): NEW BRIGHTON SUBDISTRICT Under section 4 of the Criminal Procedure Amendment Act, 2008 (Act No. 65 of 2008), I hereby fix 15 November 2016 as the date on which section 1 of the said Act shall come into operation in respect of the subdistrict of New Brighton which has been detached from the Port Elizabeth Magisterial District as a subdistrict to form an area of a detached court.
