Visa waiver and online application Not all participants require a visa. Visa waiver applies i.a. to nationals of UK, EU, US and most of Latin-American and Caribbean States (see next page). Participants who does require a visa, may apply online for a TP-1 visa, following the link: https://tramitesmre.cancilleria.gov.co/tramites/enlinea/solicitarvisa.xhtml and choosing the consular office nearest to their residence. Alternatively, they can apply for the visa in person at the Colombian consular office nearest to their residence. Either way, participants must submit the application ASAP, not later than one month previous to the event Participants should consult about airport transit visas for third countries they may need. 2

Documents required I. A personal photo, in white background and without earrings, glasses or any such accessory. II. Copy of the page of your passport containing the personal data. The passport must have at least 6 months of validity at the time of application. III. Official invitation letter in which the participant is completely identified with full name, number of passport and nationality. IV. In case the participant applies from a country other than his/her nationality, he/she will have to upload copy of the document which states migratory status (visa or residence permit). 10

e-visa Within days after you submit your application, you will be informed to your email account about the decisión made on your application. In case of being approved, you will receive an electronic visa. This PDF, printed or showed in a mobile device, will allow you to travel, enter and leave Colombia
