Council President Carbone opened the hearing to the public, there were no comments so the hearing was closed Motion to approve: Tompkins Second: Polhemus ORDINANCE NO. 17-05 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SEASIDE HEIGHTS, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40a:4-45.14 Council President Carbone opened the hearing to the public, there were no comments so the hearing was closed Motion to approve: Tompkins Second: Smith The following were approved by consent agenda; Approvals: April 9 th, BID s Palm Sunday Egg Hunt, Seaside Heights Beach, 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. May 19 th -21 st, BID s Jersey Shore Musical Festival, various locations including Grant Avenue closure between the Boulevard and Ocean Terrace May 20 th, Bike MS Coast to Coast June 10 th, BID s Arts & Crafts By The Sea, Seaside Heights Boardwalk, 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. John McGrath explained that the BID s events were the same great events from last year Motion to approve: Tompkins Second: Smith The meeting was opened to the public; Kim Parker asked for clarification of the property being discussed at the scoping hearing, Chris Vaz clarified Kris Sabey asked what the construction was going on, on the Belle-Freeman property and what the status was on the dune project, and was told that belle-freeman was probably getting their pilings in before the dune project started and that we would know the answer to that question very soon Council thanked everyone for coming and the Polar Bear Plunge was a great success and looking forward to all the upcoming events The meeting was adjourned by unanimous vote at 5:20 pm
