Subject to order 5 below, pursuant to section 7(b) of the Court Suppression and Non-Publication Orders Act 2010 (NSW) those parts of the affidavit of Matthew David Woods sworn 11 December 2017 as redacted in accordance with the form of affidavit at Annexure A to these orders not be published or otherwise disclosed, on the grounds that the order is necessary to prevent prejudice to the proper administration of justice and it is otherwise necessary in the public interest for the order to be made and that public interest significantly outweighs the public interest in open justice. 5. Notwithstanding order 5 above, access be granted to the whole of the affidavit of Matthew David Woods sworn 11 December 2017 and exhibit MDW-1 to that affidavit to any party to this proceeding, or any person in respect of whom an order pursuant to Rule 2.13 of the Corporations Rules is made in these proceedings, and their legal advisors and expert witnesses, provided that notice in writing be given by the Plaintiffs to Electricité de France S. A. not less than one business day prior to such access being granted, or the Court dispenses with any requirement for such notice. 6. Notwithstanding order 6 above, access be granted to the whole of the affidavit of Alexander Alan Molyneux affirmed 21 December 2017 to any party to this proceeding, or any person in respect of whom an order pursuant to Rule 2.13 of the Corporations Rules is made in these proceedings, and their legal advisors and expert witnesses. 8. By no later than midday on 15 January 2018, the Plaintiffs and any person who seeks to appear at the final hearing are to provide to the Associate to Black J a Court Book consisting of all evidence, any objections thereto (limited to those that are essential having regard in particular to s 190(3) of the Evidence Act 1995) and a short outline of submissions. 9. Direct the Plaintiffs to give notice to shareholders in Paladin Energy Limited (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) of the hearing in this matter, provided that such notice may be given by publication on a website that is used for communications with shareholders in the ordinary course. 10.
