Endeavour Elementary School Pavilion - General Contractor Services Attachment: Endeavour pavilion attachments.pdf Minutes: Mrs. Henderson pulled this item. There was discussion that there was no consistency on procedures in projects such as this one. The Board asked for a workshop to discuss a capital overview and detailed criteria and plan for school initiated projects with community involvement. There is also a need to determine equitable ratios of disbursement. Mrs. Henderson expressed that she would also like to discuss school age child care funds going back to the schools that generate them. Mrs. Belford asked for a breakdown of the revenue generated by the school age child care programs at all of the schools. Approve the total project construction budget in an amount not to exceed $230,630 of which $76,000 is funded by Endeavour Elementary School.
