Loyal Order of the Moose Hello Members The warmer weather is finally here! I know we've waited a long time for the warm breezes and sunshine of Spring. The Month of May has plenty of entertainment for everyone. The Party on the Patio every Friday night with good things to eat and then stay for the band and enjoy the night. Thank you to all outgoing officers for their hard work and dedication for the year 2017. The Gary Ryan Annex Hallway was the best achievement all year. Thank you for all your patients during the construction period. This year The Kentucky Derby and Cinco De Mayo are on the same day so our Moose Races will be a lot of fun so come out and enjoy. Remember to check the moose pages during the month for any updates or cancellations. I hope you have a great Month of May! Fraternally, Tony Marre Administrator Dear Fellow Members, Officers and Co-Workers, As your new Governor for the 2018-2019 year, I want to thank all the incoming and outgoing Officers for the fantastic year of 2017. Most of our goals for last year were achieved and I am looking forward to working with all of you in this next year to achieve even more. The Tommy Moose Program is a big part of The Worthington Moose Lodge 1427 and I would like to extend an invitation to all members to volunteer in helping with this meaningful project. A new addition to the Tommy Moose Program is a life size Tommy Moose. He will help us distribute the Tommy Moose to hospitals, EMS, Police and Fire Stations and to help in special events. The Tommy Moose Program is intended to help the small victims of tragedies that are no fault of their own. To put a smile on their small faces and to help them move on from the tragedy. We need more volunteers in this endeavor. If you would like to volunteer please see me. The Party on the Patio is in full swing along with the entertainment bands later in the evening. So come out and enjoy the Lodge on Friday nights. Check the website for more updates during the month for entertainment and news around the lodge and let's have a great year.
