Mayor Stetski welcomed the delegation to the meeting. Fundraising effort for the stabilization of the Water & Electrical Building The representatives of the Cranbrook Heritage Association advised that they would have a sheer wall engineer's report to be given to the Mayor in the coming week. Further, the Association asked Council to rescind the demolition order placed on the Water & Electrical building, and to move a motion that will guarantee both the future of the stabilization effort and of the building itself. Members of Council had general questions and comments for the delegation. Councillor Warner indicated that he may bring forward a motion to rescind the demolition order at a subsequent meeting of Council. Mayor Stetski thanked the delegation for the presentation. (6) BYLAWS BYL #3795 Moved by Councillor Whetham and seconded 259-14 THAT Council adopt "Multi-Use Recreation Trail Bylaw No. 3795, 2014"; and further, that Council direct Administration to proceed with enforcement of this bylaw on a complaint basis. T. Chernove, Managing Director, Elevate Airports Inc. presented a Tri-Annual Update PowerPoint to Council, which reviewed the following: Rebranding and new website; Online flight schedule; YXC Advantage; Passenger statistics update; Events at the airports.
