Membership Roster All clubs must submit their membership roster using the official DPOC Roster format available on the website. Clubs must verify that their members are registered Democrats. Bylaws All clubs must maintain club bylaws that are in compliance with DPOC/California Democratic Party (CDP) guidelines. All bylaws must be submitted in PDF format. There may be occasions when the CDP issues recommended revisions to all chartered organizations bylaws. Your club will need to comply should that occur. It is good practice for your club to review the bylaws every few years. All revisions must be approved and adopted by the voting members of the club. FOR NEW CLUBS AND CLUBS WITH BYLAWS REVISIONS A PDF version of revised bylaws must be submitted to clubdirector@ocdemocrats.org upon adoption by the club. All chartering applications and club bylaws will be reviewed by the DPOC Bylaws committee and will be submitted to the DPOC Executive Board for approval. The review process may take four to six weeks to complete. The club chair/president will be notified. Application Checklist Your initials below constitute your signature.
