Michelle, a Feng Shui healer, is an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at El Paso and teaches Feng Shui. These days much of his time is spent facilitating corporate planning retreats, consulting on organizational health (human systems), corporate governance, change management, productivity, and performance improvement. De Onate discovered El Paso del Norte or the Pass of the North in 1581. The valley between two mountain ranges became the location of El Paso (Texas) and Ciudad Juarez (Mexico) on either side of the Rio Grande.
