SE: This figure includes 8 persons who were already deprived of ir liberty in Sweden, i.e. 108 were deprived ir liberty due to a EAW. DK: Thereof 1 person was surrendered pursuant to surrender procedure between Nordic countries. Furrmore 3 persons travelled to requesting member state voluntarily without police escort and 3 persons fled after Danish authorities had made a decision on surrender, but before actual surrender took place. In addition to 35 cases 6 cases are still pending. EE: In respect of one person still pending criminal proceedings in Estonia, 2 EAW's issued for extension of surrender and 1 person doesn't have connections with Estonia.
