I. OPENING OF MEETING A. Call to order 1. The regular meeting of the of the Fairport Exempted Village School District is called to order at p.m. in the Fairport lower level library room. 2. Roll Call: Treasurer, Mr. Lew Galante Please stand and join the Board in the pledge to our flag. II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Moved by, seconded by, to adopt the agenda as presented and with such modifications made by the Superintendent. III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Moved by, seconded by, to approve the minutes of the March 26, 2018, regular scheduled meeting, and the April 19, 2018, work session meeting, in pursuant to Board policy BDDG. IV. Moved by, seconded by, the Board is asked to approve the 2018-19 International Baccalaureate primary years program collaboration program, as recommended by the building Principal and district Superintendent. See Exhibit A B. Moved by, seconded by, the Board is asked to approve the disposal of outdated unused athletic uniforms, as recommended by the Activities Director, building Principal and district Superintendent. See Exhibit B C. Moved by, seconded by, approve the Pre-Bond services agreement for ThenDesign, as recommended by the facilities committee and district Superintendent. See Exhibit C D. Moved by, seconded by, approve the Jefferson County Educational Service Center (JCESC) Virtual Learning Academy (VLA) participation agreement for 36 months, beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2021, for the dollar amount of $2000.00, as recommended by the building principal and district superintendent.
