This list has been compiled in accordance with the instructions of the Contracting Parties at the Fourth Session (GATT/CP,4/SR 0 19) and it supersedes the previous one issued under symbol GATT/CP/76 0 ( 2» Listed herein are the decisions, resolutions and declarations which have been made by the Contracting Parties as well as those rulings, recommendations, agreements and other dispositions of a similar nature which are to some extent of permanent interests 3» The decisions, etc t, are listed under the articles of the General Agreement under which they have been taken,, or to which they are more or less relevant.
