Visa issues On abolition of the visa regime In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan 838 dated 23 December 2016 About the introduction of amendments and additions to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 21, 2012 148 citizens of the Commonwealth of Australia, United States of America, Republic of Austria, Kingdom of Belgium, Republic of Bulgaria, United Arab Emirates, Federal Republic of Germany, Hellenic Republic (Greece), Kingdom of Denmark, New Zealand, Japan, The State of Israel, Republic of Ireland, Republic of Iceland, Kingdom Spain, Republic of Italy, Canada, Republic of Cyprus, Republic of Korea, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Lithuania, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Hungary, Malaysia, Republic of Malta, United Mexican States, Principality of Monaco, Kingdom of the Netherlands, Kingdom of Norway, Republic of Poland, the Portuguese Republic, Romania, Republic of Singapore, Slovak Republic, Republic of Slovenia, Republic of Turkey, Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Republic of Finland, Republic of France, Republic of Croatia, Czech Republic, Republic of Chile, Swiss Confederation, Kingdom of Sweden and Republic of Estonia are exempt from visa requirements up to 30 (thirty) days from the moment of crossing the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 1, 2017. In case there is a justified necessity for further stay of businessmen of the above-mentioned countries on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for more than 30 days, it will be necessary for them to obtain visas of the category "business" for up to 30 days in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with procedure established by law. Simplified procedure for obtaining a visa To obtain single-entry visas in the consular offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan in abroad of category A3 (service), B1, B3 (business), B10 (private) and B12 (tourist) for up to 30 days to the citizens of 48 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Jordan, Ireland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, the Republic of Korea, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore Slovakia, Slovenia, Sultanate of Oman, USA, Finland, France, Germany, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia and Japan no invitation is required from the Republic of Kazakhstan. Attention: Please do not send documents and visa application forms by post. Documents sent by mail will not be processed. The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is not liable for loss of documents by mail! Please submit your documents in person or through a travel agency. The consular office reserves the right to require from applicants to provide additional documents if necessary. Purpose of travel: Diplomatic (A1) or Service (A3)

No consular fee is charged. Purpose of travel: Business (В1) Single entry - up to 90 days and the right to stay on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan up to 60 days, multiple entry - up to 1 year and the right to stay on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for up to 60 days at each entrance; Business (B2) Single entry - up to 90 days and the right to stay on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to 30 days, multiple entry - up to 180 days and the right to stay on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for up to 60 days at each entrance; Business (В3) up to 30 days, multiple entry - up to 1 year and the right to stay on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for up to 30 days at each entrance; 3. Letter from the company (Hungarian employer) with a request for a visa, indicating the purpose and period of visit. 4. A copy of invitation from the Republic of Kazakhstan with the visa support number of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Original receipt for payment of consular fee (in case of payment of consular services from a Purpose of travel: visa for practical training or internship (B7) the whole period, Multiple entry - up to 180 days and the right to stay on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the whole period; 3. A letter from an educational organization with a request for a visa, indicating the purpose and period of visit. 4. A copy of invitation from the Republic of Kazakhstan with the visa support number of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 5. Original receipt for payment of consular fee (in case of payment of consular services from a Purpose of travel: visa for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan (B8) the whole period, multiple entry - up to 90 days and the right to stay on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the whole period; 3. Statement of desire to leave for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan (for citizens of 48 countries). 4. A notarized agreement or a notarized consent with individual or legal entity to provide the applicant with a dwelling for living and staging for permanent registration (for citizens of 48 countries). 5. Medical certificate on absence of socially significant diseases (for citizens of 48 countries). 6. Original receipt for payment of consular fee (in case of payment of consular services from a Purpose of travel: Private (B10)

Single entry - up to 90 days and at any time, multiple entry - up to 180 days and up to 90 days in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan at each entrance; 3. An invitation issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4. Original receipt for payment of consular fee (in case of payment of consular services from a Purpose of travel: Private (C10) Multiple entry - up to three years and the right to stay on territory of Kazakhstan for the entire period. It is issued to ethnic Kazakhs in the presence of supporting documents (birth certificate, etc.) 3. A personal statement addressed to the Consul in an arbitrary form. 4. No consular fee is charged. Attention: "Private" category visas are issued to the following persons: Foreign citizens - former compatriots without invitation (up to 90 days); Foreign citizens who have invitation issued by the Department of Internal Affairs of regions and cities of Astana and Almaty; Foreign citizens who have visa support from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Purpose of trip: Tourist (B12) up to 30 days, multiple entry - up to 90 days and the right to stay on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for up to 30 days at each entrance. 3. A copy of the invitation from the Republic of Kazakhstan with the visa support number of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Copy of the first page of passport with the personal data of applicant, a copy of valid visa to a third country, travel documents or other grounds entitling to enter the country of destination. 5. Original receipt for payment of consular fee (in case of payment of consular services from a Single entry visa - 30 Euro; Multiple entry visa - 70 Euro; Purpose of travel: Visa for family reunification (C2) the whole period; multiple entry - up to 1 year and the right to stay on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the entire period. 2. Filled out and signed application form with one actual photograph (3,5x4,5). 3. A personal statement addressed to the Consul in an arbitrary form. 4. Permission for temporary residence of inviting person. 5. Confirmation of the availability of money for maintenance of each member of family per month in the amount not less than the minimum wage established by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 6. Confirmation of presence of housing on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the area of which corresponds to the established minimum standards for each member of family, as well as

sanitary and other norms established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (notarized copy); 7. Medical insurance. 8. A document confirming existence or absence of a criminal record for adult family members. 9. Original receipt for payment of consular fee (in case of payment of consular services from a Purpose of travel: for work (С3) 2. A completed and signed application form with one current photograph (3,5x4,4). 3. Letter from the company (Hungarian employer) with a request for a visa, indicating the purpose and period of visit. 4. A copy of invitation from host with the visa support number of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 5. A copy of work permit. 6. Original receipt for payment of consular fee 170 Euro. In case of payment of consular services from a personal bank account, please provide bank statement from the account. Purpose of travel: Missionary (С7) up to 30 days; multiple entry - up to 180 days and the right to stay on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the entire period. 3. A letter from a religious organization requesting a visa, indicating the purpose and period of visit. 4. A copy of invitation from host with the visa support number of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 5. Original receipt for payment of the consular fee (in case of payment of consular services from a Single entry visa - 50 Euro, Multiple entry visa - 170 Euro.
