Collecting Return Operations (Art. 28.3) JROs initiated by an OMS, with the aircraft and escorts provided by the destination country, picking up the returnees in a MS This model of CJROs is based on MS experience with collecting national return operations elevation to EU level Destinations: Georgia, Albania, Serbia.
