President Wallace requested that Councilman Moriarty take the chair for the first part of the meeting. The Clerk called the Roll: Present: Mr. Ambuhl, Mr. Deluse, Mr. Hasbrook, Mr. Huber, Mr. McKinney, Mr. Moriarty, Mr. White, Mr. Williamson, President Wallace. The reading of the Journal for the previous meeting was dispensed with on motion of Mr. Huber, seconded by Mr. Deluse.
