In paragraph 11 of its resolution 1996/6 of 20 August 1996, the Sub Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities requested the to provide it, at its forty ninth session, with an updated list of reports, studies, statistics and other documents relating to the question of Palestine and other occupied Arab territories, with the texts of the most recent relevant United Nations decisions and resolutions and the report of the Special Committee to Investigate Israeli People and Other Arabs of the Occupied Territories, and with all other information relevant to the implementation of the resolution. 2. The accordingly draws the attention of the Sub Commission to the United Nations documents listed hereunder, which have been issued since the circulation of the previous list to the Sub Commission's forty fourth session.
