' ~ ~ s ~, '''~ ~.._,,r......,.!"-~ ~ FIRST ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE MARIN COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT AND AECOM/URS CORPORATION THIS ADDENDUM is made and entered into this day of 2015, by and between the MARIN COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as "District") and AECOM/URS Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") RECITALS WHEREAS, the District and the Contractor entered into an agreement for feasibility study and preparing feasibility-level design services for the Phoenix Lake IRWM Retrofit Project dated March 11, 2014 ("Agreement"); and WHEREAS, Section 5 to the agreement obligated Contractor to complete the services by December 31, 2015; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the time to complete the services to December 31, 2016. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree to modify Section 5 as set forth below. AGREEMENT 1. Except as otherwise provided herein all terms and conditions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 2. ~ Updated Certificate of lnsurance(s) attached hereto. 3. Section 5, "TIME OF CONTRACT", the first sentence is hereby amended to read as follows: This Contract shall commence on date this contract is made and entered into, and shall terminate on December 31, 2016.
