These members may include coaches representative, Tier l and Tier ll Division Commissioners, Parks and Recreation Department of City Hall, the Referees Association, S.H.A., Referee and Chief and any others deemed necessary by the Board. The ex-official members shall not have voting privileges. Appoint Ex-Official members to act as a liaison between the parent organization and the Association.
