Both are doing well. Bennett turned 1 month old while I was there. I never dreamed I would have grandchildren one day. Just blessed. Coming home was time to prep for the Darryl Starbird Show with 22 of our club members. We had a great display, which earned us First Place Award for a Club display! Also, 10 individuals received awards in their class. Bob Miller, Melvin Little, Lindsey Little Jobe, Joe Berkeley, Jamie and Franca Jackson, George Walker, Ken and Mary Calvert, Steve and Rita Young, Bob Huntsinger, and George and Sharon Johnson were all award winners in our group. Kudos to them all for their efforts! Over half of our group took home plaques. All in good company as others of our team have won in recent years. I believe the changes in judging this year was good too. Bob Huntsinger brought Big Red Chair and created numerous photo ops. Some of our group were practically rolling in the floor over this. (No names Franca, Rita, and Lenora). All told, a good event. Many of us met the Kindigit Design Team of Hot Rod TV. David and Kevin were very kind and fun. Many will attend the Core Church event and we will have Arnold's show soon. Some members will represent us in the Admiral Twin photo shoot soon as well. We have a healthy and active Club. I'm proud to be a part of it. Thanks to all. See you at the next event. Roger Bymun GCCM President
