You may set up your Global Village booth beginning at 12:30pm. ** **Early arrivals may gather in Salon A-D until their hotel rooms are ready** 12:30 PM Schools to begin arriving and storing luggage in assigned spaces (hotel room keys will not be available) 2:00 **All student and adult participants must attend one of the meetings below** New Delegates Meeting Salon 5-6 -First time Middle School KUNA Delegates Experienced Delegates Meeting Salon E -All delegates who have attended Middle School KUNA before Adult Meeting & Registration (All Advisors & Chaperones to Attend) Salon 7-10 2:45 Transition to Specialized Program Meetings (if applicable). All other delegates may set up global village displays. Please remain in Marriott Ballroom if not moving into rooms. 3:00 Candidates Meeting Skybox International Stage Meeting (We understand that students in specialized programs may also be participating in the International Stage. Your specialized role program meeting is priority. Please send a minimum of 1 performer per delegation.)
