The District Attorney of the County of San Bernardino, by this Information alleges that: COUNT 1 On or about April 10, 2013, in the above named judicial district, the crime of HUMAN TRAFFICKING OF A MINOR FOR A SEX ACT, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 236.1(c(2, a felony, was committed by, who did willfully and unlawfully cause, induce and/or persuade, Jane Doe, who was less than 18 years of age, to engage in a commercial sex act, with the intent to effect and/or maintain a violation of Penal Code section 266i. It is further alleged as to count(s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 that at the time of the commission of the above offense, the defendant(s, was released from custody on bail or Own COUNT 2 On or about April 10, 2013, in the above named judicial district, the crime of KIDNAPPING FOR RANSOM, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 209(a, a felony, was committed by Ronnell McTier, who did unlawfully seize, confine, inveigle, entice, decoy, abduct, conceal, kidnap, and carry away Jane Doe with the intent to hold and detain, and who did hold and detain, the said Jane Doe for ransom, reward, extortion, and to exact from relatives and friends of said Jane Doe money and other valuable things, to wit, Prostitution. "NOTICE: The above offense is a serious felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 1192.7(c and a violent felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 667.5(c." It is further alleged as to count(s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 that at the time of the commission of the above offense, the defendant(s, was released from custody on bail or Own COUNT 3 On or about April 10, 2013, in the above named judicial district, the crime of KIDNAPPING TO COMMIT ANOTHER CRIME, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 209(b(1, a felony, was committed by, who did unlawfully kidnap and carry away Jane Doe to commit Prostitution. "NOTICE: The above offense is a serious felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 1192.7(c and a violent felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 667.5(c." It is further alleged as to count(s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 that at the time of the commission of the above offense, the defendant(s, was released from custody on bail or Own COUNT 4 On or about April 10, 2013, in the above named judicial district, the crime of PANDERING BY PROCURING A MINOR UNDER AGE 16, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 266i(b(2, a felony, was committed by, who did unlawfully procure Jane Doe, another person who was a minor under the age of sixteen years, for the purpose of prostitution. It is further alleged as to count(s 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 that at the time of the commission of the above offense, the defendant(s, was released from custody on bail or Own COUNT 5 On or about April 10, 2013, in the above named judicial district, the crime of PIMPING, MINOR UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 266h(b, a felony, was committed by, who did unlawfully, and knowing Jane Doe, a minor under the age of 16 years, to be a prostitute, live and derive support and maintenance in whole and in part from the earnings and proceeds of said person's prostitution and from money loaned and advanced to and charged against said prostitute by a keeper, manager, and inmate of a house and other place where prostitution was practiced and allowed and did solicit and receive compensation for soliciting said prostitute. "NOTICE: Penal Code 1203.065(a prohibits a grant of probation for this offense." COUNT 6 On or about April 10, 2013, in the above named judicial district, the crime of ORAL COPULATION OF A PERSON UNDER 16, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 288a(b(2, a felony, was committed by, who did unlawfully, being over the age of 21 years, participate in an act of oral copulation with Jane Doe, a person under the age of sixteen years. "NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require the court to order you to submit to a blood test for evidence of antibodies to the probable causative agent of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS. Penal Code section 1202.1." "NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require you to register pursuant to Penal Code section 290. Willful failure to register is a crime." COUNT 7 On or about April 10, 2013, in the above named judicial district, the crime of PROCURING A CHILD TO ENGAGE IN A LEWD ACT, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 266j, a felony, was committed by, who did unlawfully, and intentionally give, transport, provide, make available, and offer to so do Jane Doe, a child under the age of 16 years, to another person for the purpose of a lewd and lascivious act as defined in Penal Code Section 288. "NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require you to provide specimens and samples pursuant to Penal Code section 296. Willful refusal to provide the specimens and samples is a crime."
