Topic re: Approve the waiving of all field fees not to exceed $1,295 for St. Paul School, Kensington for the use of Percival Field during the Spring season. Parks and Recreation 5. Topic re: Approve waiving estimated field usage fees not to exceed the amount of $9,615 for the 2018 Nutmeg State Games to be held at Sage Park and Baretta Field from July 19 through July 29, 2018. Topic re: Approve the GolfNow barter system allowing GolfNow access to a second tee time per day, each weekday between the hour of 11:00 AM-12:00 PM and weekends between the hours of 1:00-2:00 PM during the months of April through December at Timberlin, This will allow Timberlin access to the GolfNow Premiere Marketing Program.
