5. 2010 State Homeland Security Grant Program, CFA 97.067, Subrecipient Agreement for Expenditure of Local Government Unit Funding for Florida, Grant No. 11-DS-9Z-13-00-16-436, in the amount of $64,800, with the State of Florida, Department of Financial Services, for grant funds received from the Division of Emergency Management to provide specialized training for hazardous material team members and sustainment of detection equipment for the Fire Department, with no match required, effective through March 30, 2013 And Establish a budget, in the amount of $64,800, utilizing funds received from the Division of Emergency Management for 2010 State Homeland Security Grant No. 11-DS-9Z-13-00-16-436 to provide specialized training for hazardous material team members and sustainment of detection equipment for the Fire Department 6. Memorandum of Understanding for Drivers License and/or Motor Vehicle Record Data Exchange with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to provide the Police Department access to information relating to driver license, motor vehicle, and traffic crash data, effective for 3 years 7. Clinical Affiliation Agreement with The District Board of Trustees Edison State College to provide firefighters participating in the Paramedic Program to ride on City operated Advanced Life Support Units, effective August 1, 2011, to July 31, 2012, with automatic renewals for successive one year periods unless terminated upon 90 days written notice by either party Page 3 of 5

Contract for the Provision of Supplemental Police Services, in the monthly amount of $8,103.38, with The Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers, for assignment of 5 police officers to Housing Authority family developments, adjacent areas, and baseline services, effective October 1, 2011, through September 30, 2012 (Ward 1, Ward 2, Ward 3, Ward 4, and Ward 5) PUBLIC HEARINGS (on or about 5:15 o clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard) 9. SECOND PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance No. 3594 amending the Land Development Code, Chapter 118, Land Use Regulations 10. Ordinance No. 3599 amending the Land Development Code, Chapter 122 Public Facilities by reinstating water and sewer impact fee waivers effective October 1, 2011, until January 1, 2014 11. Ordinance No. 3600 amending the Land Development Code, Chapter 122 Public Facilities, Article IX Impact Fee Program to provide for a reciprocal regulation recognizing the use of road impact fee credits issued by Lee County for use within the City 12. SECOND PUBLIC HEARING: Resolution designating Cleveland Avenue Sub-Areas 1, 2, 3, and 4 as the Cleveland Avenue Brownfield Area for the purpose of revitalization, economic development, and environmental remediation (Ward 3, Ward 4, Ward 5, and Ward 6) Page 4 of 5
