(3) Where land is withdrawn from a provincial forest by the minister: (a) the written approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council and the reasons for withdrawing the land are to be published in the Gazette; and (b) the areas described in Part III are deemed to be amended accordingly. 2 Section 27 of The Provincial Lands Act provides, in part, as follows: 27(1) Subject to this Act and any applicable regulations, the minister may sell provincial lands on any terms and conditions that: (a) the minister considers appropriate; and (b) are not inconsistent with any terms and conditions that are prescribed in the regulations. 3 Section 4 of The Crown Resource Land Regulations provides, in part, as follows: 4(1) Subject to the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the minister may sell Crown resource land in accordance with this section if the Crown resource land is not part of a provincial forest. 4 All requirements of The Crown Resource Land Regulations and any other relevant regulations, all laws in force and any relevant agreements have been fulfilled. 5 It is in the public interest to withdraw from the Northern Provincial Forest the land identified below which is required for recreational/residential purposes. 6 It is advisable and in the public interest to sell the provincial land identified below for recreational/residential purposes to Lloyd Campbell and Leona Campbell for the total price of $5,500.00 and to complete the necessary documents for title transfer.
