Leigh Harrod, 220 Bell Street, addressed the Council to discuss procedures for repair of residential water meters. 5. CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATIONS, QUESTIONS, and REPORTS Wisdorf gave an update on the 2013 Met Council Sanitary Sewer Forcemain Project. 6. AGENDA APPROVAL a. Site Plan Review - Revised Plan - 352 Third Street, P.I.D. #34-117-23-11-0001 and #34-117-23-11-0115 - Mike Seifert, Excelsior 3 rd Street Station Mike Seifert, 352 Third Street, addressed the Bob Bolles, 340 Water Street, addressed the Beattie moved, Fulkerson seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 2013-50 - A Resolution Providing Site Plan Approval for the Excelsior 3 rd Street Station and Adjacent Areas Leased from the Hennepin County Regional Rail Authority at 352 Third Street, with the words subject to approval of the City Engineer added to Condition #2 and add that five (5) planter boxes be required in the parking lot area.
