MEETING CALLED TO ORDER The meeting will be called to order in the Media Center at Lincoln Roosevelt School. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION The board members will adjourn to Executive Session in the Media Center at Lincoln Roosevelt School to discuss personnel, student matters and matters covered by attorney client privilege. Action may be taken when the Board returns to Public Session in the auditorium. III. IV. The fees for services will be in accordance with the Fee Schedule incorporated into this Agreement. *3. RESOLVED, that the Roxbury Township Board of Education approve an agreement with the Randolph YMCA for the use of the main pool and locker rooms (only) Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 2:30-4:00 p.m. at a fee of $175.00 per hour. LEAVES OF ABSENCE 1. RESOLVED, that Ms. Anne Marsac, ESL Teacher at Eisenhower Middle school, be granted a leave of absence retroactive to September 28, 2016 using available sick and personal days, and thereafter an unpaid leave of absence through October 28, 2016. 2. RESOLVED, that Mrs. Judy Antonelli, Basic Skills Improvement Program Teacher at Nixon Elementary school, be granted a leave of absence retroactive to September 1, 2016 using available sick and personal days, and thereafter an unpaid leave of absence until released by her physician. 3. RESOLVED, that Ms. Cheryl Ozkaya be appointed to the position of part-time Cafeteria Aide at Lincoln/Roosevelt School effective October 5, 2016 through June 30, 2017 for the 2016/2017 school year. Ms Ozkaya is replacing Susan LaManna who transferred to another position.
