APPROVAL OF MINUTES By majority vote, with Commissioner Weiss abstaining, the Board approved the minutes of the regular meeting of Thursday, May 25, 2017 on a motion by Commissioner McClelland, seconded by Commissioner Esparza. 3. COMMISSION ACTION ON ROUTINE AND OTHER MATTERS The Board unanimously approved, as amended, routine and nonappearance matters under Unfinished Business, page 2, item 6 and New Business, pages 2 through 7 items 7 and 8 on a motion by Commissioner Esparza, seconded by Commissioner McClelland. 4.
