School Entries: An entry form from each pupil is not required. Only one entry form per school class, in the name of the Teacher, with an attached list of names of pupils submitting work. Note that the entry fee applies to each pupil. Teacher to sign Waiver/Indemnity form. Exhibits in Section 15 received from schools are to be delivered in BULK. PLEASE USE Bulk Entry Form.
