Some effects of the amendments of the Aliens Act 2006 and 2010: Women have to prove sufficient income and living space but this is more often a problem rejection of applications for family reunification problems with prolongation of the applications Independent residence permit e.g. in case of domestic violence restricting the reporting deadlines
