Q: I HAVE INDIVIDUAL QUESTIONING, NOW WHAT DO I DO? INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROSPECTIVE JURORS WHO MUST RETURN FOR INDIVIDUAL QUESTIONING: When you arrive at the courthouse, go through security and then turn left go to the SOUTH TOWER. Take the elevators up to the 4th floor. Near the elevators on the 4th floor is a set of double doors with an intercom on the wall. Use the intercom near these doors to contact division 15 and a member of staff will check you in. Please arrive on time for your individual questioning session. If you arrive late, you may have to wait until the afternoon session or you may have to return on a different day. Bring your parking voucher with you. Additional information about parking can be found at: https://www.courts.state.co.us/jury/district/location.cfm?location_id=9&section =Reporting It can take a few minutes to get through security, please give yourself enough time to go through security to be on time to your session. Please DO NOT go to the jury assembly room or to any courtroom. Wait by the elevators on the 4 th floor and someone will come get you. Please speak with your employer about your employer s policy regarding compensation during jury service BEFORE you return for individual questioning. If you return for individual questioning and you have not spoken with your employer about their compensation policy, you may be required to come back for individual questioning on a later date. 4

Wear your JUROR badge at all times while you are on the courthouse premises and be sure that it is visible to those around you. Bring work or reading materials as you might have a lengthy wait. Access to the internet is not available. If you have a conflict with the date of your individual questioning session, please send an email to 04Jury@judicial.state.co.us or call (719) 452-5484. If you are required to return for individual questioning and you fail to appear, you may be found in contempt of court. Contempt of court can result in a fine or a jail sentence of up to six months.
