Example from Cameroon «Où est ma bière?» En 1993, Peter Eigen quitte son emploi à la Banque mondiale et crée une association d utilité publique pour lutter contre la corruption à l échelle mondiale. Aux yeux de bien des gens, ce projet apparaît à l époque comme une pure folie. Et lorsqu en 2008, Gabriel Ngwé quitte l Allemagne pour s engager contre la corruption dans son pays d origine, le Cameroun, il rencontre la même réaction.
