ط Abstract Parliamentary Immunity: AComparative study between Jordan and Kuwait Prepared by: Mashal Mohammad AlAzimi Supervisor Dr.Mohammad AlGazawi This study aimed to explore the parliamentary immunity: AComparative study between Jordan and Kuwait. Since the parliamentary immunity is considered one of the most important constitutional means organizing the relationship between the three powers, the executive, legislative and the Juridical authorities, it is an important and prominent factor in formulating the picture of the present relationship between these authorities. Its importance increases because of its direct link and the unlimited with a category of the nation's representatives that the people's wish made them reach the parliament to defend this wish freely without feat to achieve justice and fairness between the individuals of this nation. The study is consisted of five chapters: in the introductory chapter it tackled what is the parliamentary immunity through illustrating its concepts, basics, its presence, and types. The first chapter deals with the legal parliamentary immunity regarding the equality principle, the parliamentary immunity, the juridical adjustment, the public order for the parliamentary immunity, the justifications of the parliamentary immunity, and the effect of the present regime based on the parliamentary immunity. The second chapter deals with the immunity's scope and its effects through showing the subjectivity parliamentary immunity and its scope, and its
ي effect on the Jordanian Parliament council and the Kuwaiti National council and showing the parliamentary immunity and its ending. Finally, illustrating the most important finding and demonstrating the most important conclusion and recommendation in the study.
