Russian River-Friendly Landscaping Program New documents are now available on rrwatershed.org o Russian-River Friendly Landscaping at Home o Maintenance Practices in English and Spanish A total of 125 people attended the Russian River-Friendly Landscaping Program s event for professionals, which was held on January 24 in Santa Rosa o Theme: Supply in the Sky o Event included presentations about atmospheric rivers, hydropower, green infrastructure, and rainwater harvesting o Feedback surveys were distributed to attendees. RRWA will compile responses and report back to the TWG 3. Stormwater Resources Plan (SWRP) Grant update SWRP Kickoff o General grant information posted on RRWA website o The SWRP Technical Advisory Committee member kickoff meeting was held on February 2 o Make-up webinar scheduled for February 21 Next Steps o Comments are requested for the Memorandum of Understanding and the Technical Advisory Committee representatives. Comments can be sent to Andy Rodgers (RRWA) o Monthly call-ins are proposed to discuss the SWRP o Financial reporting webinar: To be determined o Collaborating entities kickoff event: February 27 4. Stormwater Program Ethnic Community Outreach update o The first draft of the plan has been prepared o CoPermittees will meet as soon as possible to review and determine next steps Trash Assessment update o RRWA will compile data collected from the region o CoPermittees will meet in March to review the data and determine next steps

Russian River Regional Monitoring Program (R3MP) Status update o Water Quality Data Management and Access Tools Webinar presented by SFEI on Wednesday, February 8 6. 2017-18 Work Plan Development Review final draft (Draft 3) and make Board recommendation o Andy Rodgers (RRWA) reviewed the changes in Draft 3 compared to Draft 2 of the Work Plan Budget o TWG unanimously approved a recommendation to the Board of Directors to adopt of Draft 3, with discussed changes 7. Safe Medicine Disposal Program Sonoma County Ordinance update o A draft ordinance has been prepared by Sonoma County Department of Health Services (DHS) o DHS Staff will present the draft ordinance to City and Town Councils in late winter Location operations update o DEA National Take Back Day: April 29 i. Controlled substances are accepted at DEA National Take Back Day events o CA Board of Pharmacy laws affecting Safe Medicine Collection anticipated in the Spring o Drop-off location information: safemedicinedisposal.org 8.
