Domestic Social Policy: author of publications, conference presentations and congressional testimony on topics that include: adolescent pregnancy, nonmarital childbearing, and welfare reform; noncitizen eligibility for and access to public assistance programs; and community capacity to support human services. Employment Policy: author of publications and conference presentations on employment-based immigration and on electoral behavior, economic change, and legislative activity on unemployment and federal employment policies; and the formulation of U.S. employment policy after World War II.
