Name: Date: Class Period: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- The Arizona State Civics Test This test will consist of 100 questions from the USCIS citizenship test. All applicants who wish to become naturalized citizens must answer 10 questions in an oral exam from the pool of 100 questions. You will need to answer all 100 questions - a passing score is determined by answering at least 60/100 questions correct. The exam is required by the State of Arizona for graduation. You can view more about this decision by searching online for Arizona House Bill 2064. The new requirement is effective for the class of 2017. Students will take the exam October 21st and if they pass will not need to re-take the exam. If they should fall below the 60% required to pass - they will take the exam again in January.
