ORDINANCE NO. 82-11-16 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF NOBLESVILLE, HAMILTON COUNTY, INDIANA WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Noblesville has conducted a public hearing as required by law in regard to the annexation of certain territory which is contiguous to the corporate boundaries of the City of Noblesville; and, WHEREAS, the Common Council now finds that the statutory criteria for annexation have been met and satisfied all as demonstrated by the fiscal study adopted hereby and made a part of the record of these proceedings; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Noblesville, Hamilton County, Indiana, meeting in regular session as follows: SECTION 1.
