It will consider if the established nationalist governments are a government of the people by the people and for the people. It will consider if the separatist movements are effectively governments of no nation. It will also touch on secessionist activities, any ethical values that can foster coexistence and expectations from separating nations. It will evoke past methodologies on how nations came into existence, were destroyed and borders delineated. It will query nationalism, populism and patriotism in evolving democracies. It will postulate true patriotism of nations within nation-states Participants: Political leaders and top Government officials from around the world.
