Karlene Chosa asks what happened with the residency issue that Brandon Benner brought up at the RTC meeting held on October 4 th. Chairwoman Chavers said nothing was done with it.

Moved by Ray Toutloff; seconded by Travis Morrison; to approve the Personnel Policy Revision Section 309 Introductory Period which will change the introductory period for all new supervisory personnel from 90 days to 180 calendar days after their date of hire. Moved by Brandon Benner; seconded by Travis Morrison; to approve the request from the 401(k) Investment Committee to change the advisor for the Bois Forte Reservation 401(k) Retirement Plan PHB222 from its current advisor, UBS Financial Services Inc. to Bryan Marker, United Planners Financial Services for the tribal government, effective. Bois Forte Enterprises and Bois Forte Commercial Business will retain UBS Financial Services Inc. as their plan advisor. Carried 4-0-0. Moved by Travis Morrison; seconded by Brandon Benner; to approve the request from the 401(k) Investment Committee to convert the 401(k) Recordkeeper from VOYA to Mass Mutual. This is for the Tribal Government, Enterprises, and Commercial 401(k) retirement plans. The committee plans to have the conversion completed by July 1, 2018. Carried 4-0-0.
