Note that the published notices of receipt for an ERP can be in accordance with the language provided in Rule 40D-1.603(10), F.A.C., and receipt of an affidavit establishing proof of this publication will be considered a completeness item of this ERP Application. 2. Please verify that all documents signed/sealed electronically include the appropriate information required under Rule 61G15-23.005(4)(d), F.A.C. It appears that the stormwater management report does not include this information.
