Other Relevant Research Experience Research Scientist Professional Development Program Rockefeller College of Public Affairs February 2014 Present - Design and implement training program evaluation instruments including surveys, rubrics, interviews and focus groups following the Kirkpatrick model. - Design and implement survey instruments and training topic knowledge tests on "QuestionMark - Write training evaluation proposals for different state offices including the Office of Mental Health and the NYS Procurement Office - Facilitate needs assessments - Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of focus groups and survey data - Write training evaluation reports and provide recommendations. Research Consultant Summer 2010 and Summer 2012 - Conducted qualitative analysis in a project about the separation of Mexican transnational families in the United States and Mexico under Dr. Joanna Drebyʼs under the Young Immigrants Scholars Grant from the Foundation of Child and Development. - Conducted qualitative interviews with Mexican migrants in a project about labor policy and immigration policy in upstate New York for Rutgers University.
