Risk Analysis and Intelligence Network of the MBPD The Risk Analysis Sistem Strategic level; Operational level; Tactical level. The main tasks of the Risk Analysis Unit: Evidence of the border incidents: Border violations; Cases of illegal migration; Using of the forged/counterfeit documents; Smuggling cases; Violation of the border rules; Violations of the rules of stay. - Alerts; - Notes; - Risk profiles; - Intelligence reports; - Risk analysis reports. Ensure of the intelligence and risk analysis: Elaboration and updating of the risk profiles; Application of the risk criteria; Developing of the analytical products (reports); Ensure the exchange of information; Participation in common risk analysis groups; Developing of the operational newsletters (alerts). Exchange of data and information: Ensure a constant exchange of information with FRONTEX Agency; Development of SBSAR under the EUBAM auspices. Based on risk analysis is determined the vulnerability sectors and developing the border situation picture

CBSAR Framework CBSAR project initiated and supported by EUBAM (EU Border Assistance Mission in Moldova and Ukraine); Based on a Protocol signed in November 2006 in Brussels between EUBAM and the four partner services (MDBP, MDCS, UASBGS, UAMoRD); The Protocol provides for the basic chapters of CBSAR and describes the development; CBSAR implementation started in January 2007.
