COMMISSION, COMMITTEE AND BOARD REPORTS None MAYOR S REPORT Police Officers are celebrating No Shave November. They are raising money for a family in Washington who has a child with Cancer. Appreciation Coffee for those that attend to the City s gardens throughout town is Thursday, November 16 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. CITY ADMINISTRATOR S REPORT Energy Conservation RFP selection Held interviews last Wednesday night with the two finalists. The Committee has chosen to move forward with CTS Group out of St. Louis. Discussion ensued regarding the Energy Audit. Capital Improvement Sales Tax Committee November Schedule November 7: Finance, IT, Public Works, Communications, and Police Department. November 14: Fire Department, Economic Development, and Energy Conservation. November 21: Fair Board, Downtown Washington and the American Legion; meeting will be held at the Public Safety Building. November 27: Public Open House from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. November 28: Parks Department All meetings will be held at 1 p.m. in the Council Chambers with the exception of the November 21 meeting. Discussion ensued regarding the on-line participation survey. Shauna Pfitzinger was introduced as the new Human Resources Generalist. Page 7
