5. The Discount provided under this Promo is not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 6. Strictly no refund will be allowed for all qualifying transactions made under the Promo.. If however a refund is, in Singtel s sole discretion, allowed, such purchase will not be entitled to any entry in the Promo or any voucher redeemed by a customer who has obtained a refund on his purchase shall be deemed null and void and the customer shall be liable to return the unused voucher to Singtel or pay Singtel the equivalent value of any used voucher. 7. A SMS will be sent to the customer who has done a transaction via Singtel bill during the Promo period. This SMS is just for information purposes and does not guarantee a discount. 8. Singapore Telecommunications s decision on all matters relating to this Promo will be final, binding and conclusive on all persons participating in this Promo, and no correspondence will be entertained. Subject to any government approval which may be required, Singapore Telecommunications reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time to terminate or cancel the Promo, in whole or in part, or modify the Promo in any way, without liability to any person. If any part of the Promo Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable or illegal, such illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from the Rules without affecting the validity of the remaining Promo Terms and Conditions. 19. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotion material relating to the Promo, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 20.
