CURRENT INITIATIVES OF THE BA The BA already Responds to the Increasing Demands by Setting in Place Projects on the Employers Side The initiatives of the BA in the area of refugee integration Project Early Intervention at 9 locations in Germany: identification of talents and placement in employment or vocational training estimate of approx. 6,500 integrations via trial positions/training programmes in companies Hamburg Bremen Münster Berlin Münster Dortmund Dresden Dortmund Köln Arthur H. (42, Armenien). Das Early Intervention-Programm entdeckte den gelernten Steinfasser und vermittelte ihn in Münster als Mitarbeiter in einer Goldschmiede Abdoulaye N. (40, Niger). Über das Early Intervention-Programm entdeckt arbeitet er heute als Vermittlungsfachkraft für Flüchtlinge in der Agentur für Arbeit in Dortmund a lot of regional initiatives, g. e. g. project StellA with the current result of 40 refugees integrated in employment, 5 refugees integrated in vocational training Freiburg Augsburg Abdulnasir A. (27, Syrien). Über das Projekt StellA wurde er in Maßnahme beim Arbeitgeber (KFZ-Betrieb) aufgenommen, mittelfristig hat er Ausbildung als KFZ-Mechatroniker in Ausblick Seite 4
